We have come to understand that your current despicable behaviour is based upon your realisation of your own guilt and your fear of the possible consequences. 

You could buy yourself some favour from your, thus far undeserved, loyal workforce, by acknowledging your failings, apologising and being seen to be making an effort to put things right.  Instead you have chosen to construct a pack of lies and fabricate false memories in an ill-advised attempt to 
CYA 
(cover your arse).

We have not made a claim against you or even, thus far, made mention of it.

Do not however, allow this fact to lull you into the mistaken belief that we are not fully aware that we do still have this option.
